Strategic assessment of the multimodal logistics axes RJ-ES, RJ-MG and RJ-SP in the context of the development of the State Cargo Logistics Plan (PELC/RJ 2045).

Evaluation of the strategic relevance of the projects planned for the multimodal logistics axes that connect the state of Rio de Janeiro to the states of Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais and São Paulo, including the macroeconomic assessment of the area of influence of each axis, the evaluation of the logistics projects under deveolpment for railways, roads and ports, the assessment of improvements and/or adjustments to the list of the PELC/RJ 2045 of existing projects and/or the inclusion of new projects relevant at a strategic level for each multimodal logistic state axis and the presentation of identified problems and preparation of a notebook of suggestions to the State of Rio de Janeiro, both in regarding infrastructure aspects and institutional actions to encourage these logistical connections.
