Technical consultancy for the evaluation of the bidding process ot the areas STS14 and STS14A intended for the handling of break bulk cellulose pulp in the Port of Santos-SP

Technical and operational evaluation of the bidding process of the areas STS14 and STS14A and the mandatory requirements of the Public Notice and Concession Contract. The project included the study of the Brazilian cellulose export market, focusing on the Area of Influence of the Port of Santos-SP, the technical and operational evaluation of the new terminal projects to be implemented in the areas STS14 and STS14A and the prioritization of port alternatives for expanding Suzano's operations at the Port of Santos-SP, assessing the possible losses for Suzano from the bidding of the new areas. The study also dealt with the analysis of the competitive environment in the bidding auction, identifying potential competitors in the bidding process and the potential participation strategy of each of them, evaluating which is the best strategic positioning for Suzano in the process.
