Project of legal-regulatory, technical and economic-financial structuring of the public concession of the sanitary sewage system of the municipality of Matão-SP, including the elaboration of the authorizing laws and the Basic Sanitation Plan, which covers technical projects, estimates of the need for works and adjustments, CAPEX estimates, tariff analysis, estimation of revenues and operating costs, projected cash flow and evaluation of the project's economic and financial return. The work also involved the monitoring and support of the bidding process.
