Strategic planning of transport infrastructure and regional freight logistics in the states of the Southeast Region (Projeto Sudeste Competitivo)
Strategic planning of the transportation and logistics infrastructure of cargo in the states of Southeast region (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo), involving the detailed study of the logistics productive chain and of the current and projected Origin-Destiny Matrix of cargo handling of 51 strategic selected products, belonging to 15 more relevant productive chains in the region. The study also explores the detailing of the transport infrastructure of 71 regional integration logistics corridors reaching all transportation modes (highways, railways, waterways, pipelines, ports and port terminals, airports and warehouses), the identification of the main current and future logistics bottlenecks, logistics costs of cargo handling and nalysis of 337 related infrastructure projects, identifying the priority projects for implementation.
